Firstly, take a look at a group of lamps and check whether the lights colors are inconsistent, then the quality of the led tube lighting is not in the high level.

The problem of LED insulation

The insulation refers to the heat dissipation substrate to the positive and negative of the LED, and this is the fundamental problem which is unresolved currently, only taking use of the remedial measures, such as taking use of the aluminum substrate to deal with insulation (the initial aluminum plate is not insulated, and now almost all do) and we may find incomprehensible.
