PV Curtain Wall is Significantly Energy Saving
Photovoltaic plays an important role for the energy saving policy

Different from ordinary silicon solar cell panel, the DSC photosensitive layer uses the photosensitive dye to convert sunlight into electricity. In fact, organic photoactive layer for the DSC is very thin, and the selection of different colors and the thickness material can manufacture the solar panels with the different level of transparency. Rossella Corrao from Department of Architecture of the University of Palermo, Italy explained: "compared with 20% efficiency of the silicon plate, the DSC module is only 8%, but compared to the crystal plate and the same power, they can actually produce up to 15% or more of energy each year. The reason is that the DSC module is more effectively under low light conditions. The silicon system differs in that DSC the efficiency does not depend on the angle of incidence light. Thus, DSC module is not necessarily to be positioned toward the sun, even if installed in a vertical or a horizontal direction, it will not lose efficiency.
