The formation process of the raw materials to tiles

The qualified tile raw materials after being tested will officially enter production. The first production process is grinding balls and making pulp, the general milling time is about 12 hours. The longer milling time is, then the finer particles. Subsequently, the stirrer will continuously stir, and the stirred slurry is atomized into fine droplets and to be evaporated to a powder. The process from the tile to the finished product

It needs a series of steps from the finished products after the general shape of the tiles is completed.
